Lee has more than 18 years’ experience in data centre and infrastructure management including prior positions at IFDS, Barclays Bank and Verifone. At Telrock, Lee is responsible for a team of systems and infrastructure engineers keeping Telrock’s mission critical applications, infrastructure and networks operational 24x7x365 from our four data centres in the UK and USA.
Gordon is a founder of ED Group (www.edgroup.je) and is involved at a management and strategic level in all aspects of the business. ED Group is Telrock’s ultimate parent and investor. Gordon founded London Bridge Software Group (LBSG) in 1987, developing the then leading collections and recovery software platform, Debt Manager. Gordon executed a successful IPO of LBSG in 1997 and subsequently under his stewardship as Chairman the company enjoyed significant growth in 17 countries across Europe, North America and Asia Pacific entering the FTSE 250 index. LBSG was acquired by Fair Isaac Corporation in 2004. Since 2004 Gordon has undertaken several business ventures, predominantly in the financial technology and renewable energy sectors, including two further entrants to the FTSE 250 index.
Rob has more than 30 years’ experience in credit risk management software and analytics solutions including prior positions at Experian, London Bridge Software, FICO, Lexis Nexis and CRIF. At Telrock Rob is responsible for all aspects of business development, sales and marketing for all products in North and South America.
Laura has more than 14 years’ experience in collections operation and software and analytics solutions including prior positions at Hitachi Capital and Callcredit Information Group (now TransUnion). At Telrock Laura is responsible for all aspects of business development, sales and marketing for all products in Europe.
Laura has held management positions at Hitachi Capital Consumer Finance, Incasso Solicitors and Sigma Financial with her recent 4-year employment at Callcredit Information group delivering data, decisioning, analytics and consultancy to large banks, financial services, utilities and debt recovery companies throughout Europe.
John has more than 30 years’ experience in enterprise class software design and development including prior positions at Synon Ltd, London Bridge Software and FICO. At Telrock, John is responsible for managing the Product Management, Software Engineering and Quality Assurance of Telrock’s SmartService and SmartCollect platforms.
Mark is an IT Leader with 20 years’ experience directing technical and business innovation in both large and small organizations including prior positions at London Bridge Software Group, FICO and Ventech Solutions. At Telrock, Mark is responsible for the Product Management, Architecture & Design, Software Engineering and Quality Assurance of Telrock’s new, enterprise class collections and recoveries platform, Optimus.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Management from the University of Hull.
Jon is a managing partner and joint founder of Telrock’s immediate parent, The Technology & Innovation Fund, LP (part of ED Group Holding Ltd). Jon is an experienced company director, having held multiple board positions across different sectors including public companies including serving as CEO of London Bridge Software Group and Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company.
Jon holds an MBA from MIT and is a Chartered Engineer and a Chartered Management Accountant.
Tom has more than 8 years’ experience in financial management and audit including a prior position as Assurance Manager at PwC. At Telrock Tom is responsible for all aspects of financial management and planning, HR and internal audit. Tom is also Finance Director at Telrock parent, The Technology & Innovation Fun LP.
Tom holds a BA in International Studies and Politics from Birmingham University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Morgan has over 30 years of experience in collections and debt recovery in both senior operational roles at PNC Bank and in senior product management and delivery management roles at London Bridge Software Group and FICO. At Telrock, Morgan is responsible for the innovative design and ongoing product management of Telrock’s new, enterprise class collections and recoveries platform, Optimus.
Lindsay has over 20 years’ experience in the development and delivery of SaaS enterprise software including prior positions at GEIS and GXS. At Telrock, Lindsay is responsible for new solution innovation for the company’s digital engagement solutions. Lindsay has a degree in Business Management, majoring in Accountancy from the University of Waikato, New Zealand.
Ursula has more than 17 years’ experience in operational and service delivery excellence including prior positions at Royal Bank of Scotland, First Data Corporation, WorldPay and The Hood Group. At Telrock, Ursula is responsible for teams managing Service Desk Operations and Solution Delivery across Telrock’s UK and USA operating centres.
Dale has more than 35 years’ experience of credit risk management and collections, in both senior operational roles at HSBC and Lloyds Banking Group in the UK and in software and analytics company senior management and executive roles at London Bridge Software Group and FICO in the USA. At Telrock Dale is responsible for all aspects of the business and additionally serves as president of the company’s US subsidiary Telrock Systems, Inc. and affiliate, CITC Systems, Inc.
Dale holds an MBA from the University of Sussex.
