If you wish to alert a cardholder of an event such as suspected fraud on an account, alert them instantly the moment a certain account transaction or a service outage occurs - this is all possible through textAlert.

textAlert is a service that distributes SMS to mobile devices containing data from 3rd party backend systems and ad hoc campaigns. Message formatting is generated from templates which can be static or dynamic.

TextAlert services are not restricted to just one-way messaging, in fact alert services can be configured to allow the customer to respond e.g. fraud alerts to respond and block the card or close the case, loyalty alerts to respond and opt in to an offer, Direct Debit alerts to respond and confirm a new payment amount.

Each of these services uses a conversation workflow configured to manage the text interaction. Telrock provides a client branded, web interface through which cardholders will be able to setup and manage their alerts profile. The interface will display a range of alerts available to the customer from which they will choose their preferred alerts and configure the associated parameters. In addition to SMS alerts, cardholders can opt to receive email based alerts. The result is an alerts profile that enables the cardholder to remain up-to-date with the day-to-day accounts activity that really matters to them, and at their convenience.
