Principal, The Technology & Innovation Fund, LP (“T&I”)
Gordon founded London Bridge Software (LBS) in 1980, developing the leading collections and recovery software platform, Debt Manager. Gordon executed a successful IPO and London Bridge Software became a listed company on the London Stock Exchange in 1997. Under Gordon’s stewardship as Chairman, the company enjoyed significant growth in 17 countries across Europe, North America and Asia Pacific including the acquisition of the Recovery Management System (RMS) from Checkfree Corporation (now FIserve) and Recovery One and Partner.net from FDR. London Bridge Software was acquired by Fair Isaac Corporation (now FICO) in 2004. Since 2004, Gordon has undertaken several successful business ventures including the formation of The Technology & Innovation Fund, LP (T&I) in 2008. T&I owns, invests in and provides strategic guidance to a number of technology companies. T&I owns CITC Systems and its affiliate Telrock Systems where Gordon serves as chairman.
Co-founder, The Technology & Innovation Fund, LP (“T&I”)
Jon held the position of Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from 1992 to 1998 before being appointed as CEO of London Bridge Software in 1998. He was instrumental in orchestrating the company through its growth phase and its acquisition by Fair Isaac Corporation (now FICO) in 2004. Since 2004, Jon served as CEO and non-executive director of several IT companies before co-founding The Technology & Innovation Fund, LP (T&I) in 2008. In his role managing the fund at T&I Jon sits on the board as non-executive director of a number of IT companies. Jon is a director of CITC Systems, Inc. and its affiliates Telrock Systems Limited and Telrock Systems, Inc. Jon holds an MBA from MIT and is a Chartered Engineer and a Chartered Management Accountant.
Dale has over 30 years’ experience in consumer credit lending, collections and fraud risk. From 1980 through 1997 Dale progressed from branch manager at Household Finance Corporation to head of debt recovery and head of fraud investigations/operations at TSB Bank (now Lloyds Banking Group) in the UK. In 1997 Dale joined London Bridge Software Holdings in the UK, migrating to the USA in 1999 to be president of its US subsidiaries LBSS, Inc. and Phoenix Software, Inc. where he was responsible for its Collections and Core Banking Products. When Fair Isaac Corp (now FICO) acquired London Bridge Software Dale became responsible for the company’s global collections software, analytics and e-commerce solutions products and P&L. Since leaving FICO in 2006, Dale has held positions as president of US and UK alternative credit bureau Teletrack, a division of Corelogic, Inc. and SVP at Credit Management Solutions, Inc. (now part of FIS) a company specializing in consumer loan origination software. In December 2014 Dale was appointed CEO of Telrock Systems Limited and its US subsidiary, Telrock Systems, Inc. Dale is also president of Telrock’s affiliate, CITC Systems, Inc. Dale holds an MBA from the University of Sussex, England.
Lindsay has worked in the development and delivery SaaS Enterprise Software for 20+ years and started his career as a Software Developer. He has an extensive and broad knowledge of all areas of IT, deep experience with SaaS, Payments, PCI, Infosec, Software, Production Infrastructure, Service Delivery, ITIL, QA and Outsourcing. Lindsay especially enjoys building teams and establishing processes to create efficient development life cycle and efficient stable operations. Today in Telrock Lindsay is responsible for Technical Operations including Development, QA and Operations. Lindsay has a degree in Business Management, majoring in Accountancy from the University of Waikato, NZ.
Director of Finance, The Technology & Innovation Fund, LP (“T&I”)
Tom is a seasoned accounting and audit professional supporting a number of T&I group companies. Tom served as an Assurance Manager at PwC from 2011-2014 before joining CITC Systems’ parent, T&I. Tom holds a BA in International Studies and Politics from Birmingham University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales.
Director of Service Delivery and Governance
Ursula has over 30 years’ experience within the banking and finance sector where she has managed global operations and multi-functional teams. From 1986 through to 2003 she worked for RBS and progressed through various roles from Project Management and then to Operations Manager of the Contact Centre at the Credit Card Centre managing 24×7 teams across multiple sites.
In 2003, Ursula joined First Data and became the Director, Service Delivery Operations covering all aspects of credit card operations across Issuing and Acquiring from on-boarding through to collections management for all of the outsourced partners. Under Ursula’s management her team won many prestigious awards including Best Achievement in Customer Services at The Card and Payments Awards. After spending 14 years in credit card operations Ursula took a change of direction when she joined the Hood Group as Head of Group Operations, Change and Quality Assurance, where she utilised her experience in the Insurance Sector. Here she ran Home and Travel Insurance Operations for large well-known brands, such as Asda, MoreThan, L&G, Santander etc. One of her achievements there was the initiation of a quality programme that culminated in her team coming 1st for Customer Experience two years running beating 16 other UK Partners of Asda Money. Ursula joined Telrock as Director of Service Delivery and Governance where she reports directly to Dale Williams, CEO, ensuring client service excellence and to drive ongoing service improvement initiatives through the direction of her team In London and Atlanta, USA.
Vice President – Business Development & Marketing, North America
Robert Fite is a Credit & Risk Management Industry veteran with over 25 years of experience with extensive knowledge of the different workflows, data, analytic tools, technology, and systems employed throughout the consumer credit lifecycle. Prior to joining Telrock, Rob held senior management roles, where he lead product management, market planning, business development, and strategic partnerships for experian (one of the three national credit bureaus), Fair Isaac (a global provider of analytic and decision management solutions), and LexisNexis (one of the largest providers of public record data in the United States). In his role as Vice President of Business Development & Marketing for Telrock, North America, Rob leads efforts to expand Telrock customers, market awareness, and strategic partnerships
Matthew joined Telrock in 2006 holding qualifications in Information Systems design. Matthew is responsible for converting innovation into strong designs that are well documented. He ensures the platform features and resulting product developed meet the requirements of the market, clients and internal business units.
Matthew has successfully led the development of a number of Telrock’s products and also has experience in leading multi-country enterprise wide implementations for Telrock’s major banking Clients, across Fraud, Collections, Payments and Customer Service in the digital arena.
Director of Sales & Marketing, EMEA
Mitch Armstrong has over 20 years of experience in the payments and cards industry. He has wide experience in all aspects of the industry from consumer, merchant retail through to corporates. Mitch is passionate about the disruption in the market place and the opportunity afforded by digital technologies to revolutionise customer service.
He has held leadership positions with CMGi, Euronet and ACIworldwide where he most recently served as Vice President and Head of Transaction Banking, EMEA. Mitch has delivered solutions to Issuing Banks, Lenders and Processors across the globe.
