Systems Administrator (Atlanta)

Location: Atlanta (Alpharetta)
Relocation: Atlanta based – no relocation package

This role is for a full-time SysAdmin to join our global SysOps Team.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Experienced in deploying and managing resilient and highly secure Linux infrastructures and systems (LAMP stack mainly)
  • Exposure to virtualization (VMware) and networking technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Brocade)
  • Knowledgeable on security tools and procedures (ISO, PCI, SSAE, ITIL)
  • Management level understanding of databases and RDBMS (OLAP, OLTP) (MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB, Percona)
  • Self-reliant on CI/CD (Ansible, Jenkins/Bamboo, PowerCLI, Bash, Perl, Python)
  • Knowledgeable on Infrastructure and Application monitoring (Zabbix, Nagios, AppMon, DynaTrace, DataDog, Kibana)
  • Exposure to private/hybrid/public cloud technologies
  • Some basic knowledge of storage
  • Minimal internal Atlanta office IT support (network management, AD maintenance, AV management).

Front End Developer (London, Angular)

Service Desk Application Analyst (London, 1st Line Support)

Location: London (EC1Y Finsbury Square)

We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to work in 1st Line IT Support of the company’s Digital Customer Engagement Platform for Blue Chip banking clients, based out of our London office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid 1st line support experience to develop a long term career with a growing FinTech company. You will be supporting our Banking Clients using our Customer Engagement platform and our SaaS based Collections platform.

Main responsibilities
  • Managing, coordinating and resolving Service Desk Incidents
  • Keeping all parties notified and informed timely on incident status and progress
  • Proactively monitoring Service Desk queues
  • Collaborating with other team members
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction in every step of the problem resolution  
  • Learn about the client and begin to build credibility through knowledge of systems and product functionality
  • Learn how to interpret technical client issues and project requests
  • Covering out of hours on-call support on a rota basis
Experience/skills
  • At least 2 years previous experience of providing 1st application support line telephone and remote support

Full-stack Developer (Java, Angular)

Location: London (EC1Y Finsbury Square)

Starting immediately, we are looking for a new team member to join our Software Engineering team. You’ll be involved in all stages of the Development process, from analysis and architecture to implementation and working with the QA Team.  We are work in a strongly Agile environment, so we look for team members who “get” Agile, and “get” automated testing. Our stack is Angular on top of Java.  There will be opportunity to work in both Angular and Java. We have Angular and Java specialists in the team, this role is for a Developer who can flexibly move between both worlds and want to develop skills in both areas.

Essential Skills

At least 5 years development experience, in both frontend and backend, preferably Java and Angular.
